Biography
Bettina joined Laurence Simons in 2024 as our Director in Switzerland, where she leads the local practice. A former lawyer, Bettina founded her own boutique search firm in Zurich in 2009, specialising in Legal, Compliance, and Tax searches. For the past 15 years, she has focused on in-house and private practice assignments in these areas.
She has extensive experience supporting international companies headquartered in Switzerland with executive search services, particularly in the Life Sciences, Industrial, FMCG, and Banking & Finance sectors. Bettina also advises small to mid-sized companies and family offices on establishing their in-house legal functions.
In addition to her legal expertise, Bettina is a certified Insights MDI Counsellor, a certified Coach, and an accomplished artist and art teacher. She conducts art workshops in her studio and at various art academies in Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, and the U.S. Her work is represented by the Soderbergh Art Gallery in Wellfleet, U.S.
