Biography
Samantha is a former UK solicitor and a personal development coach. Currently leading and managing an international team of researchers, she manages the delivery and execution function at Laurence Simons, working on closing international client mandates in Legal, Compliance, Privacy, IP and Legal Operations. Samantha has more than 25 years of executive recruitment experience across multiple verticals and jurisdictions, curating empowering, trusting and credible relationships with candidates and clients alike. She particularly enjoys working with companies looking to establish, mature and build out high performing teams, working on CLO and GC apppointments as well as Head of Compliance, Privacy, IP and Risk.
