He has been dedicated to recruitment and selection, focusing on the legal sector since 2010. Currently, he is a partner and leads a team of expert recruiters who specialise in the corporate market in Brazil and across Latin America. Dennis has a background both as a lawyer and legal recruiter, which gives him a unique understanding of his clients' requirements. He makes sure that there is a seamless alignment between the client's needs and candidate profiles.
