Carolina da Rocha Morandi

Carolina is a Senior Consultant in São Paulo and a lawyer specialising in dispute resolution. With a Brazilian law degree and international academic credentials from universities in Italy and Sweden, she has been recognised as a Future Leader in Arbitration in Brazil by Who's Who Legal for three consecutive years. Carolina has been working as a Consultant at Laurence Simons since 2021, where she conducts legal searches in private practice, primarily focusing on partnership and other senior-level positions at prominent Brazilian law firms, as well as senior appointments in in-house positions throughout Latin America. With her extensive experience working at law firms in Brazil and leading the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil, Carolina has developed a keen understanding of the clients' and candidates' needs.
