Our client is a top AmLaw and full-service law firm and they are seeking an Immigration Partner for their Miami office. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of immigration law and also possess knowledge of business immigration, I9, permits and corporate law.
Role Requirements:

Bilingual: Portuguese/Spanish and English speaking.

Minimum seven years experience in immigration law in a private practice law firm.

Florida Bar.

Portable book of business.

Experience with immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.

Excellent drafting and communication skills.
