In this episode, Christian provided insights and perspective into the importance of sustainability, compliance, and his fascinating take on resilience. Christian has had a leading role in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly two decades, formally leading Nestlé Skin Health as their Corporate General Counsel. During his tenure at Nestlé Skin Health, he introduced a ‘legal matrix’ organisation, which entailed delegating each attorney a level of responsibility out of the following: territorial, business unit and legal expertise. As a consequence of this work, he was nominated to the GC Power List 2015, Switzerland.
