Biography
Olivia joined Laurence Simons in October 2023 as a Business Associate Intern. After some time our travelling, she transitioned to the role of Support Associate in Talent Acquisition & Delivery at Laurence Simons. In this position, Olivia is involved in all stages of the recruitment process, playing a crucial role in maintaining and updating the candidate database, providing administrative assistance, coordinating recruitment processes, managing client and candidate communications, and ensuring efficient operations to support consultants in placements. Olivia is currently undertaking a Masters degree at Kings College London and so has part-time work hours.
