Kathleen Harris

Kathleen is a legal recruiter with close to a decade of experience with both private practice and in-house searches. She completed her BA in PPE at Oxford, before beginning her career in legal search at a boutique search firm. She began recruiting associates across EMEA but has spent the last five years focusing on partner-level opportunities. She has particular experience helping lawyers in the private equity and commercial tech/life sciences spaces. in addition to searches, Kathleen has also assisted clients with market research projects, competition analysis, due diligence, and D&I initiatives.
