Biography
Alison has over 25 years of experience in recruitment, with most of those dedicated to the legal and IP profession. She was published for three consecutive years in Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite. Alison has built two recruitment businesses from scratch. Her first was R&B Selection (part of the Devonshire Group Plc) which she grew to a turnover of £4.2m in its third year of inception, before taking it through an MBO. The second was Talent Flex Legal which has now been rebranded to IP Resourcing. Alison is taking an active role in re-establishing Laurence Simons as a key player in the private practice marketplace.
