Carl Pace

Carl is a Senior Consultant within the Private Practice team at Laurence Simons, focusing on newly-qualified to counsel-level placements for global law firms across all verticals within the London market. Building on a previous career in corporate relationship management, Carl began his legal recruitment journey in 2019 in Manchester, then practised in Bristol before settling into life in London in 2022. While having an agnostic practice, Carl has a particular interest in Projects, Energy, Construction, Real Estate and all things Built Environment.
