Summary: 

Advise on high-profile, complex private M&A transactions for large private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporates, and financial institutions.
Work on cross-border deals, collaborating with experts across a global network, providing innovative and commercially driven legal solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of PQE in private M&A, ideally gained at a leading US or City law firm.
