Summary:
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of high-profile private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, and portfolio management. You will work closely with leading private equity houses, financial sponsors, and institutional investors, providing strategic advice on complex, cross-border deals.
Role Tasks:
Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, managing client relationships, and delivering commercially focused, innovative solutions.
Role Requirements:

2-5 years PQE with solid experience in private equity transactions, ideally from a top-tier firm.

Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

A keen interest in private equity and a track record of delivering high-quality client service.
