Summary:
To work with a leading PERE partner who joined the firm in 2024 Q4. Supported by a large bench of junior and mid-level associates, you will take a leading role in high-profile transactions. You will be deeply involved in the practice's business development during a period of growth for the team.
Role Tasks:
Ideally a corporate PE lawyer with experience in and a strong interest in the real estate sector. The client would be open to someone who has limited experience but is interested in specialising in it. Must have experience supervising junior associates and trainees. An entrepreneurial approach and experience of business development in a client-facing role is a must.
