Summary:
In this role, you will advise trustees, corporations, and financial institutions on all aspects of pension law. This includes scheme mergers, liability management, regulatory compliance, and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Role Tasks:
You will collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver innovative, commercially focused solutions for high-profile clients. This role provides an excellent platform to develop expertise in a highly specialised and evolving field.
Role Requirements:
- 2-5 years PQE, with solid experience in pensions law, ideally gained at a leading firm.
- Strong academic credentials and a comprehensive understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and restructuring projects.
- A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
