Summary:
Laurence Simons are working with an elite US law firm on an opportunity within its European private equity practice, based in London. The London team operates at the centre of a fully integrated European platform and is particularly sponsor-focused. Associates joining the team will have exposure to:
- Buyouts and carve-outs
- Growth equity investments
- Exits and secondary transactions
- Broad PE lifecycle work across sectors
Key Highlights & Requirements:
- 2-5 years PQE with a focus on Private Equity
- Experience in sponsor-side buyouts, carve-outs, or growth investments
- Exposure to leading global PE clients and complex cross-border deals
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and keen to develop within a high-performance team
