The London team continues to deliver high-quality mandates while maintaining strong client relationships, providing a structured, high-visibility environment. The team works on a range of matters, spanning:
- Primary fundraisings and fund formation
- Complex GP-led secondaries and restructurings
- Sponsor advisory and strategic matters
Key Highlights & Requirements:
- Experience in fund formation, sponsor-side funds, or secondaries
- Exposure to sophisticated high-profile cross-border mandates
- Clear career progression within a carefully expanding team
- Training at a City or US firm is preferred
