Summary:
In this role, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructures, and cross-border investments. You will work closely with high-profile clients, including multinational corporations and financial institutions, to deliver innovative and commercially focused solutions.
Role Tasks:
Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating tax provisions in key transaction documents, advising on tax-efficient structures, and collaborating with other practice areas on complex matters.
Role Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- 2-5 years PQE with solid experience in private equity transactions, ideally from a top-tier firm.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A keen interest in private equity and a track record of delivering high-quality client service.
