Laurence Simons is partnering with a leading US law firm in London to support the expansion of its European tax practice. The firm is seeking to appoint a Counsel (7+ PQE), and a mid‑level Associate (3–6 PQE) to join a team recognised for its work on complex cross‑border matters.
Led by some of the UK’s most highly regarded tax lawyers, the European tax team collaborates closely with the firm’s market‑leading New York tax practice to deliver comprehensive advice on the tax aspects of public and private M&A, financings, capital markets transactions, fund formations and corporate restructurings. This hiring initiative reflects continued growth across the firm’s integrated international tax platform and offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile, multi‑jurisdictional mandates.
