Summary:
In this role, you will work on complex and high-profile transactions across a range of sectors, including securitisations, debt capital markets, asset-backed lending, and other structured finance arrangements. You will advise global financial institutions, corporations, and investors on structuring, negotiating, and executing innovative financing solutions.
Role Tasks:
Your responsibilities will include drafting transaction documents, providing strategic advice, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Role Requirements:
- 2-5 years PQE, with substantial experience in structured finance or securitisation, ideally gained at a top-tier firm.
- Strong academic credentials and a deep understanding of structured finance and securitisation law and markets.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
