Laurence Simons is working with a leading US law firm in London to support the hire of an Associate for its Corporate practice. The role sits within a team that advises on complex public and private cross‑border M&A and other high‑value corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years’ post‑qualification experience, particularly in public M&A, along with a strong understanding of the Takeover Code.
The firm has a well‑established and globally integrated Corporate/M&A platform, with significant depth across major international offices, and its European Public M&A group regularly advises prominent listed companies on major international deals.
