Role Tasks:
Work closely with an impressive client roster, including private equity houses, management teams, and institutional investors. Collaborate with a supportive, dynamic team dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction. Gain exposure to complex cross-border transactions and innovative deal structures.
Role Requirements:
- 2+ years PQE working in private equity or corporate M&A.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end deal processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of private equity and corporate law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
