About the Employer: International Law Firm

Summary: 

In this role, you will advise on the design, implementation, and operation of share plans, employee incentive schemes, and remuneration strategies for a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. You will work on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions, draft plan documentation, and provide strategic advice on regulatory, tax, and governance issues. This role offers the chance to develop expertise in a highly specialised and dynamic area of law.

 

Role Requirements:

  • 2-5 years PQE, with substantial experience in incentives, share plans, or remuneration matters, ideally gained at a leading firm.
  • Strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of the legal, tax, and regulatory issues surrounding employee incentives.
  • Experience advising on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A and IPOs.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
