Summary:

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the General Manager and other members of the Senior Leadership Team in the DACH cluster and other assigned markets as may be required from time to time.

Responsible for the day-to-day legal and compliance matters in assigned markets across all business units.

Facilitate training and provide advice about corporate policies, codes of conduct, and applicable rules and regulations including promotional compliance, GDPR, and other data privacy requirements, trade sanctions, transparency reporting, third-party due diligence, and ABAC compliance.

Provision of advice on laws, regulations, and guidelines applying to the pharmaceutical, aesthetic, and consumer industries with a focus on the commercialisation of medicines, medical devices, and cosmetics.

Navigation of grey areas and effective education on and raising awareness of legal and compliance boundaries within an evolving legal and regulatory framework and growing business.

Data Privacy Advocate in assigned markets and leading essential audit, investigation, monitoring, and risk assessment activities.

Supporting Company Secretariat with local corporate law and company secretarial matters.

Drafting and/or reviewing various agreements, including consultancy, advisory boards, wholesaler and distributor arrangements, procurement of goods/services, collaborations, and grants/sponsorships.
Role Requirements:

EU-qualified Lawyer with at least fluent German and English language skills.

10+ PQE as a lawyer or in-house Counsel in an international environment including a proven track record within the pharmaceutical industry.
