Summary:
In this role, you will work on complex and high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and development projects. You will advise leading corporate clients, investors, and developers on the real estate aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
Role Tasks:
Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, providing strategic advice, and collaborating with colleagues across various disciplines to deliver seamless client service.
Role Requirements:
- 2-5 years PQE, with significant experience in corporate real estate transactions, ideally gained at a top-tier firm.
- Strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of real estate and corporate law.
- Experience advising on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A and joint ventures.
